Species Composition Of Phytobentos Of Tsarega River (odessa Region, Ukraine).

Some 71 species of algae and 5 species of high water plants were identified in river Tsarega, which belong to seven divisions (Cyanoprocaryota, Euglenophyta, Chrysophyta, Xanthophyta, Bacillariophyta, Chlorophyta and Magnoliophyta), 9 classes, 22 orders, 29 families, and 42 genera. The saprobic index, algae abundance and biomass were calculated.
